Alternatively, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR-AAA) Rules.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Kingdom of Bahrain, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
